He cheated in a card game by adding one extra card to the deck, and when he was discovered, the other players killed him. Man, I am on a roll.
oh yeah, i've heard that one before...still, i was going to guess that the air in the bicycles was actually poisonsous gas and had seeped out and killed him. wow. silly me.
